MATAR PANEER SNO INGREDIENTS WT. 1 Paneer 250gm 2 Peas frozen 100gm 3 Oil 70 ml 4 Ginger 10gm 5 Garlic 05gm 6 Tomatoes 600 gm 8 Coriander powder 20gm 9 Red chillies powder 5gm 10 Turmeric powder 4gm 11 Salt TT12 12 Green cardamom 2no 13 Big cardamom 2no 14 Clove 2no 15 Green Dha niya little 16 Chilly green 3no 17 G aram masala 2gm 18 Cashew nut 40gm METHOD:- 1. Add oil in a pot & add whole masala. 2. Add roughly chopped tomatoes,cashew nuts and boil it till cooked. 3. Puree this mixture and keep aside. 4 . In a kadhai,add cumin seeds,a dd ginger garlic paste & cook for few second (keep few ginger julienne for garnishes.) 5 . Add turmeric powder, coriander powder & red chili powder. 6 . Add pureed tomatoes cooked till masala is smooth and oil get seprated on top. 7 . Add boiled green peas and cook till peas are tender. 8 . Add fried cube of paneer 9 .
