  MATAR PULAO   SN0 INGREDIENTS Quantity 1 PULAO RICE(BASMATI) 300gm 2 Fresh peas 100gm 4 Cardamom 2no 5 Cinnamon 2gm stick 6 bayleaf 1no 7 Cumin seeds 10gms 8 salt TT 9 Oil 10ml Method:- 1.Rinse,wash and soak pulao rice. 2 Shell peas and boil them. 3. Melt fat in the degchi, add whole spices in the kadhai 4 Add Cumin seeds ,green peas and add water (double amount of the rice) and salt Add Soaked rice ,Cover and cooked till water evaporates and serve hot.
