Chana Dal Masala

  Chana Dal Masala SNO INGREDIENTS Quantity 1 C hana Dal 15 0gm 2 Onion 50gm 3 Tomatoes 50gm 4 Refined oil 50gm 5 Cumin seed 2gm 6 Red chilli powder 2gm 7 Coriander powder 5gm 8 Turmeric powder 2gm 9 Salt TT 1 0 Green coriander (for garnish) 10gm 12 Ginger garlic paste 30 gms Method:- 1.  Take refined oil in kadhai add chopped onion and cooked till golden brown color. 3.  Add ginger garlic paste and cook for while. 4.  Add red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and chopped tomatoes, cook for few minutes. 5.  Add salt and boiled chana dal and cooked along with gravy than add water and bring to boil. 6.   Serve Garnish with Coriander Leaves.

LACHHA PARATHA

  LACHHA PARATHA S.NO INGREDIENTS Quantity 1 WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR 250GM 2 SALT 5GM 3 REFINED OIL 50 GM 4 WATER As required   METHOD: ·           Sieve flour and salt and add water gradually. ·           Knead dough till it become smooth. ·           Divide into four equal balls ·           Flatten them with finger and roll out each flattened ball. ·           Add one spoon of oil over the roll out dough. ·           Rol l  out  in  zig zag manner, it become one zig zag strip. ·           This strip again roll it out into round circ le . ·           Now press with finger and roll out again in circle shape. ·           Heat the tawa(gridle plate) and shallow fry with little oil ·           Serve hot. 

Cucumber Raita

  Cucumber Raita SNO INGREDIENTS Quantity 1 C ucumber 1 0 0gm 2 Curd 25 0gm 3 Salt TT 4 Jeera pwd 2 0gm 5 Black salt TT 1 2 Water As required METHOD:- 1. C hop  Cucumber,remove seeds . 2. Mix all ingredients in  Curd adjust water,seasoning and pour into serving dish/bowl 3. Sprinkle roasted cumin powder  and serve 

Matar Pulao

  MATAR PULAO   SN0 INGREDIENTS Quantity 1 PULAO RICE(BASMATI) 300gm 2 Fresh peas 100gm 4 Cardamom 2no 5 Cinnamon 2gm stick 6 bayleaf 1no 7 Cumin seeds 10gms 8 salt TT 9 Oil 10ml Method:- 1.Rinse,wash and soak pulao rice. 2 Shell peas and boil them. 3. Melt fat in the degchi, add whole spices in the kadhai 4 Add Cumin seeds ,green peas and add water (double amount of the rice) and salt Add Soaked rice ,Cover and cooked till water evaporates and serve hot.

Mix Vegetable

Mix vegetables   SNO INGREDIENTS Quantity 1 Cauliflower 150gm 2 Green peas 80gm 3 Carrots 100gm 4 Onion 50gm 5 Tomatoes 50gm 6 Refined oil 50gm 7 Cumin seed 2gm 8 Red chilli powder 2gm 9 Coriander powder 5gm 1 0 Turmeric powder 2gm 1 1 Salt TT 1 2 Green coriander 10gm 1 3 Green chilli and ginger julienne 10 gms 14 Beans 80 gms     1.           Boil   dice potatoes, cauliflower floweret , dice carrot ,dice beans,peas and keep  side. 2.       Take degchi add oil and heat, add cumin seed to crackle. Add chopped onion and cooked till golden brown colour. 3.       Add ginger garlic paste and all masala like coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and immediately add fresh tomato puree cooked till oil visible on top. 4.       Add little water to get semi thick gravy and further cook. 5.       Add all boiled vegetable and simmer over low flame for about 4to5 minutes. 6.       Remove from fire, check correct seasoning and sprinkle chopped green coriander. 7.       Serve hot
