METHOD:

·         Sieve flour and salt and add water gradually.

·         Knead dough till it become smooth.

·         Divide into four equal balls

·         Flatten them with finger and roll out each flattened ball.

·         Add one spoon of oil over the roll out dough.

·         Roll out in  zig zag manner, it become one zig zag strip.

·         This strip again roll it out into round circle.

·         Now press with finger and roll out again in circle shape.

·         Heat the tawa(gridle plate) and shallow fry with little oil

·         Serve hot.
