Ginger And Capsicum Fried Rice
A simple yet delicious combination.

1 | Long Grain Rice (Soaked) | 500 g |
2 | Groundnut Oil | 30 Ml |
3 | Ginger (shredded) | 40 g |
4 | Capsicum (Shredded) | 80 g |
5 | Salt | 1 Tsp |
6 | White Pepper | 1 Tsp |
7 | Spring Onion (chopped) | 2 No |
Method:-
ü Heat the wok till it is smoking hot.
ü Add oil and moderately heat to 120* c. you can either use a thermometer or put a cupe of stale bread into the oil. It should get brown slowly. Not immediately.
ü Add the ginger and stir-fry.
ü Add the capsicum and stir-fry till you can smell the aroma.
ü Add the rice, salt and white pepper. Toss well.
ü Add the chopped spring onion.
ü Remove from heat and serve hot.
