Method:
1. Take the moisture and dissolve yeast and sugar in it.
2. Sieve the flour add salt into it.
3. Add the yeast solution and make a dough
4. Once the dough is kneaded and is soft on touch apply some oil and keep for fermentation.
5. Keep it covered with wet cloth till it doubles in size.
6. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and keep them aside for bench rest or intermediate proofing.
7. Grease the tray and shape the roundels by flattening the sides.
8. Place in baking tray and put water wash on it.
9. Bake at 200 degree Celsius.
10. Served in Lebanese cuisine.
