Method:

 

1) Cut zucchini into 1\2 lengthwise, hollow it out, blanch it in salted water, prepare stuffing with cooked rice.

 

2) Chop onion and soften in butter, add chopped garlic.

 

3) Fill the zucchini with the prepared stuffing and place them close together in a pan.

 

4) Top with tomato concasse, bake at 185°c in the oven, until tender, baste frequently during cooking.
