 Bread and butter pudding

Ingredients
Milk 01 litre
sugar 150 gms
Eggs 06 no.
bread white 14 slice
butter 50gms
vanilla essence few drops
Raisins 50gms

Nutmeg 1 small

Method

· Remove the crust from the bread and spread butter on bread, cut each slice in to even shape like triangle, square etc.

· whisk the egg, sugar and vanilla essence

· pour on the warm milk,whisk continously.

· arrange bread slices on baking dish.

· pour egg custard on it and sprinkle Raisins.

· cook in the oven and serve .
