Method :=
1.Tear lettuce into bite pieces and keep on ice or chilled place to remain crisp and keep aside.
2. Cut the dice of bread like crouton shape, sprinkle over olive oil and roast in the oven till crisp and keep aside.
3. Take bowl and add minced garlic,mustard paste,anchovy paste/fillet , worstershire sauce andegg yolk .
4. either whisker or used blender , add olive oil drop by drop till get semi solid or soft ceasar salad dressing.
5. Add fresh grind pepper and salt and mixed well.
6.Take a bowl add romain lettuce,add crisp bread croutons,add ceasar salad and mix well.
7. Check seasoning add grated Parmesan cheese.
8 Serve chilled.
