2 | Onions | 100gms |
3 | Spinach | 500gms |
4 | Garlic | 50gms |
5 | Butter | 50gms |
6 | Seasoning | As Required |
7 | Water | As required |
Method:
1) Flat out chicken breast with meat hammer and add salt ,pepper and keep aside.
2) Blanch spinach ,chop them fine and saute in onion,garlic,seasoning and let it cool.
3) Stuff chicken breast with spinach mixture and roll it and boil it in water
4) Saute in butter and cut and serve hot.
