Aloo Tikki Burger
ALOO TIKKI BURGER

8 | coleslaw(with mayonnaise) | 60gm |
9 | Chopped parsley or chopped coriander | 10gm |
10 | Lettuce | 1no |
9 | Burger Bun | 4 no |
Method:-
· take Mashed Potato and add Bread Crumbs', salt, ,pepper and mustard and mix it well.
· Add chopped parsley and further mixed.
· Divide into four roundel equal patties(medallion)
· Cook over griller plate with little oil on both side.
· Cut the burger bun from the side of the center and toast under salamander.
· Spread butter on the toasted side.
· Place a lettuce leave and cucumber slice.
· Place chicken medallion over a cucumber.
· Then coleslaw and tomato slice.
· Top with another half toasted bun cap and wrap.
· Serve hot with appropriate sauce or tomato ketchup.
