American Potato Wedges

3 | Chilly flakes, chilly paste | 10gms |
4 | Egg | 1 no |
5 | Crushed black peppercorns | 10gms |
6 | Mixed herbs | 10gms |
7 | Salt | As required |
Method:
1) Take same size potatoes, wash and cut into wedges.
2) In a bowl mixed refined flour, eggs, crushed peppercorns, chilly flakes and herb, prepare a smooth thick batter by adding water.
3) Mix herbs, check seasoning, keep aside.
4) Par boil potatoes, cool, dip in batter and deep fry till golden brown
