Bread and Butter Pudding

5 | Eggs | 2nos |
6 | Raisins, sultanas | 30gms |
7 | Nutmeg | Pinch |
8 | Cashew nuts | 30gms |
9 | Lemon rind | pinch |
Method:
1) Butter the bread and cut into small pieces.
2) Boil the milk and pour over the bread and set aside for 1\2 hour.
3) Beat eggs well; add sugar, lemon rind and nutmeg.
4) Pour it over the bread, add sultanas, place it on a greased mould and bake in oven at 180°c, serve hot.
