Chicken in Salt Crust with Brown Sauce

8 | Chicken liver | 125 gms |
Method:
1) In bowl mix together flour, salt with cold water, knead this dough and roll out.
2) Sprinkle and rub inside of chicken with salt and pepper, sprig of rosemary and stuff with liver and bay leaf.
3) Place the chicken on the rolled out dough, and wrap it with dough and seal it.
4) Place in a baking dish\tray and bake at 160°c for 1 hrs.
5) Break off the dough crust which has hardened, remove the chicken and carve.
6) Serve hot with brown sauce.
