 Chicken Seekh Kebab

1 Cup Chicken  (minced)

1/2 tsp Chopped Green Chillies

1 tsp Chopped Ginger & garlic

2 tsp Lemon juice

1/2 tsp Cumin powder

1/2 tsp Garam masala

1 Egg ( white only)

1 tsp Vegetable  oil

To taste Salt

Green Cardamom pwd 1 tbsp

Chopped Coriander Leaves 1 cup

Chat Masala 1 tbsp

Butter for basting

Method:

1.In a food processor, grind meat, add Green chillies, ginger & garlic paste, lemon juice, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt to a smooth paste.

2.To this mix, egg  white of the egg, oil and mix again. Set aside in a fridge for one hour.

3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and spread each portion onto a skewer creating a uniformly flattened shape around each skewer.

4.Grill the kebabs on Tandoor until done. Garnish with lemon or lime wedges and serve with delicious fresh cilantro or mint chutney.
