 Chili cheese tortilla

 

For tortilla

Refined flour 500 grm

Maize floor 500 grm

Water 300ml

Milk 300 ml

Salt10 gram

Sugar 10 gram

Yeast 10 gram

Oil 50 ml

Method

1) Make dough using all the ingredients.

2) Divide in to 20 gram balls

3) Cover with a wet cloth and keep aside for resting.

4) Roll out the balls into round shape and bake in oven.

5) Take out from the oven when cooked and crisp

Topping

 

Chop capsicum

Tomato

Onion

 garlic

basil

green chili

cheese

olive oil

Method

Chop all the ingredients and mix with grated cheese

Put on top of the baked tortilla and bake again.
