1 | Noddless (Boiled) | 500 g |
2 | Groundnut Oil | 30 ml |
3 | Chilli Paste | 40 g |
4 | Garlic (Chopped) | 25 g |
5 | Vegetable Stock | 30 ml |
6 | Salt | 20 g |
7 | Hoisin Sauce | 15 g |
8 | Sugar | 5 g |
9 | Dark Soy Sauce | 5 Ml |
10 | Malt Vinegar | 30 ml |
11 | Chilli Oil | 10 ml |
12 | Spring Onion (Green Portion Chopped) | 40 g |
Method:-
ü Heat the wok till it is smoking hot and add oil.
ü Add the chopped garlic and sauté.
ü Add the chilli paste and the hoisin sauce.
ü Sauté for 20 seconds over a high flame till cooked.
ü Add the vegetable stock.
ü Add the salt, sugar, dark soy sauce, and malt vinegar.
ü Add the boiled noodles.
ü Toss and adjust the seasoning.
ü Finish with the chilli oil and spring onion.
ü Stir fry serve hot.
