METHOD:-

1. Wash the tomatoes and cut into small size.

2.roughly cut of carrot. Onion and celery

3.take little butter in degchi and add carrot,onion,celery

and bouqet garni and cooked for few second.

4. add chopped tomatoes,stir,covered and cooked for few

minutes or sweat

5.add vegetable stock and simmer fo 20 minuites

6.blend tomatoes mixture and make puree and strain

7. make roux--add into the mixture and simmer.

8.check correct seasoning.

9.soup finish with cream and served with crouton.

10. top with cream and served hot
