DATE PANCAKE
This dessert has a delicious blend of textures—the crispness of the pancake and the softened sweetness of the dates .

4 | Sesame Seeds (Roasted) | 10 g |
5 | Groundnut Oil | 30ml |
For The Pancake
6 | Flour | 100 g |
7 | Corn flour | 70 g |
8 | Baking Powder | 1 g |
9 | Sugar | 5 g |
10 | Groundnut Oil | To fry |
11 | Water | 30 ml |
v Seedless dates are preferred.
Method:-
ü Mix all the ingredients for the pancake in 30 ml of water to make a dough.
ü Roll it into thin sheets.
ü Now mix together all the ingredients with the dates.
ü Put the mix into a blender & to mince finely.
ü Remove & divide it into four equal parts.
ü Flatten each with rolling pin by placing it in between two plastic sheets.
ü Put the mix in the pancake sheets , fold it like a envelope & seal it.
ü Heat oil & fry the stuffed pancakes till golden.
ü Remove , cut diagonally and serve with vanilla ice cream.
