Method:
1. Sieve flour and keep aside
2. Make two solutions using sugar and salt in one mixture
3. Make yeast solution in warm water.
4. Use both the solutions with flour to make a soft dough using a straight dough method.
5. Add oil to make sticky dough.
6. Keep for first fermentation.
7. Once double in size take out, punch it and keep for second fermentation.
8. Shape the foccacia dough in a tin or a bakery sheet.
9. Using fingers make some indentions into it and put onions and rosemary into it.
10. Bake at 400 degree f for 20 – 25 min.
