Method :

Make a fat less sponge using beating method or genoise method.

 Slit it from the middle into two parts

Apply jam and cut it into two halves

Whip cream to soft peak

Prepare custard with milk, sugar and custard powder.

Mix custard and fruit cocktail and fold in whip cream.

 Take a bowl give a layer of sponge which is soaked in fruit syrp

Then give a layer of fruit mixture

 Then again give a layer of sponge

Decorate with whipped cream and jam

Serve cold.
