GREEN PEAS SOUP

1 | Green peas | 200gms |
2 | Shallots | 50gms |
3 | Stocks | 1 liter |
4 | Green of leeks | 25gms |
5 | Bouquet garni | 1 |
6 | Croutons | As required |
Method:
1) Sauté chopped shallots, leeks and peas in butter.
2) Add stock brings to boil, then simmer, when peas are done, puree it and strain the mixture.
3) Season to taste, garnish with croutons and cream.
