JACKET POTATOES

Method:
1 Select good sized potato and allow one potato per portion.
2 Wrap the potatoes in a aluminum foil.
3 Scrub well make 2 mm deep incision round the potato.
4 Place on a bed of salt on a tray in a hot oven at 230°c-250°c for about 1 hour. Turn the potato after every 30 minutes.
5 Place the butter in the centre and sprinkle salt and pepper and serve.
