1 Broccoli 1 no
2 Carrot 1 no
3 Mozzrella Cheese 50 gm
4 Corn 50 gm
5 Celery 40 gm
6 Peas 50gm
7 Oregano 5 gm
8 Thyme 5 gm
9 Parsley 10gm
10 White sauce 100gm
11 Seasoning to taste
METHOD
1. Wash and cut all the vegetablesinto dices.
2. Boil all Vegetables and keep aside.
3. Make white sauce,mix with boiled vegetables and adjust seasoning,herbs.
4. Add in Bowls,add mozzrella cheese,put under Salamander and gratinade.
5. Serve hot and serve.
