Ginger, garlic, curry leaves.

 

 

Method:

1) Chop the vegetables into small dices, and sauté it in hot oil with ginger, garlic and curry leaves.

2) Add the lentils and cook, add flour, curry powder and turmeric powder.

3) Now add stock, bring it boil, cover and simmer till lentils are cooked.

4) Liquidize and strain, serve garnished with cooked rice, finally add lemon juice.
