METHOD:-

1.       BOIL FROZEN PEAS IN SALTED WATER TILL TENDER AND DRAIN.

2.       MELT BUTTER and olive oil,chopped onion,garlic,saute till white in color.

3.       Add Chopped lettuce,Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
