Petit Pois a la francaise

7 | Cold water | 4 tbs |
8 | Seasoning | As taste |
Method:
1) Place fresh shelled peas in a sauce pan with thinly shredded cabbage, small onions and bouquet garni.
2) Add butter cut into small pieces, salt, sugar and cold water, cover the pan and bring to boil, gently , when peas are coked, remove the bouquet garni and add tbs of butter, mix and serve.
