1 | Potato | 250gm |
2 | Tomatoes | 300gm |
3 | Garlic | 40gm |
4 | Onion | 100gm |
5 | olive oil | 50ml |
6 | Tomato puree | 50 gm |
7 | Seasoning | TT |
8 | Cheese | 80 gm |
9 | Oregano | 5gm |
METHOD:-
1. Add potatoes in water and cooked till fully boiled.
2. Strain and mash it, add salt,and give it a round shape.
3. Take oil in a sauce pan.
4. Add chopped garlic than chopped onion and cook without giving it colour.
5. Add chopped blanched tomatoes i.e tomato concasse and seasoning and cooked till semi thick consistency.
6. Add tomato puree and further cooked in slow fire.
7. Toss potato gnocchi and oregano with sauce.
8. Arrangegnocchi on a pasta plate and sprinkle top with grated cheese.
9. Serve hot.
