Method:

 

1) Cut the chicken and marinate first in flour, then in egg and bread crumbs.

 

2) Fry in clarified butter till golden brown.

 

3) Remove rind of bacon and fry till crisp, fry slices of bananas and sauté the corn in butter.

 

4) Set fried chicken in the centre of the plate, surrounded by fried bacon, bananas and heaps of corn, garnish with chopped parsley.
