Rajma masala

1 Rajma 200gm
2 Ghee / refined oil 70gm
3 Onion 80gm
4 Garlic 10gm
5 Ginger 20gm
6 Green chilles 4no
7 Tomatoes 150 gm
8 Tomato puree 50 gm
9 Coriander powder 8gm
10 Red chilly powder 5gm
11 Turemeric poweder 2gm
12 Green coriander 1 sprig
13 Salt TT
14 Garam masala 2gm
Method:
1-Pick ,wash and soak rajma over night in water.
2. boil rajma in water with little salt till tender.
3.take oil in a kadhai and add chopped onion and brown till golden color.
4.add ginger garlic paste and cooked for a while.
5, add chopped tomatoes and all spiced except garam masala.
6. cooked till fat seen on top or seprated from the gravy.
7.add boiled rajma in gravy with little water and further cooked for 10 to 15 minutes.
8. finally blend with garam masala and served with chopped green coriander , julliene of ginger and split green chilly on the top.
