12 | Deggi mirch | 10gm |
13 | Coriander stem | 100gm |
14 | Salt | TT |
16 | Sugar | 5gm |
17 | Black pepper powder | 5 gm |
Method:-
1. Take refined oil in a pot then add whole indian spices
2. Add cumin,chopped garlic,ginger,coriander stem and cooked till golden in color.
3. Add Deggi mirch,Salt,Black pepper,tomatoes cook for few minutes.
5. Add water and cook till tomatoes are cooked.
6. Sprinkle Chopped coriander while serving.
