Method:

 

1 Parboil the potato, carrot, broccoli, snow peas, Brussels sprout and baby corn in a salted hot water.

 

2 Take butter in a heavy bottomed sauce pan and mix all the vegetables in butter. Cook   

    for 3-5 minutes.

 

3 lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, serve hot.
