 Vegetable Seekh

1 Cup Potato  (Grated)

1/2 tsp Chopped Green Chillies

1 tsp Chopped Ginger & garlic

2 tsp Lemon juice

1/2 tsp Cumin powder

1/2 tsp Garam masala

Bread Crumbs 1 tbsp

Roasted Chana 2 tbsp

1 tsp Vegetable  oil

To taste Salt

Beans,Cauliflower,Carrot,Panner Chopped  1 cup

Chopped Coriander Leaves 1 cup

Chat Masala 1 tbsp

Butter for basting

Method:

1.In a bowl add grated Potato,all the chopped vegetables add Green chillies, ginger & garlic chopped, lemon juice, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt to a smooth paste.

2.To this mix, Bread crumbs,roated chana pwd, oil and mix again. Set aside in a fridge for one hour.

3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and spread each portion onto a skewer creating a uniformly flattened shape around each skewer.

4.Grill the kebabs on Tandoor until done. Garnish with lemon or lime wedges and serve with delicious fresh cilantro or mint chutney.
