METHOD:-

1.       Wash and soak dal for  one hours.

2.       Add dal with water in handi and add turmeric powder and salt and boil till almost cooked.

3.       Wash spinach in plenty of water and cut it.

4.       Take refine oil in a handi. Add  cumin seed to crackle and add sliced onion  cook over a medium heat till light brown.

5.      Add ginger garlic and cooked for few second than add chopped tomatoes , red chilli powder, coriander powder , turmeric powder and salt  (add little water )and cook.

6.       Add spinach and further cook it.

7.       Add cooked dal  mixed well, add water and check consistency.

8.       Check correct seasoning. Blend with butter and cook for a while.

9.       Serve hot with coriander leaves on top with julienne of ginger.
