1 | Fuseli(pasta) | 300gm |
2 | Fresh basil | 150gm |
3 | Garlic | 50 gm |
4 | Olive oil | 100ml |
5 | Parmesan cheese | 100gm |
6 | Pine nut | 40gm |
7 | Black pepper | TT |
8 | Salt | TT |
9 | White sauce | 50 gm |
METHOD:-
1. Cook pasta in salted boil water till a la Dente.
2. Blend pine nut, basil,garlic salt and pepper,cheese and oil,basil in a food processor.
3. Add little oil in saucepan and add white sauce ,add mixture and sauté five minutes .
4. Add boiled al Dente pasta and sauté.
5. Serve hot.
