Sno Ingredients Qty
1. Paneer 500gm
2 refined oil 50gm
3 cashewnut paste 100gm
4 butter 80gm
5 cream 50ml
6. ginger, garlic paste 5gm
7. tomato gravy 500gm
8. kasoori methi 5 gm
METHOD:-
1.Cut paneer in to tringle shape
2.heat oil in a pan , add ginger garlic paste
3. add tomato gravy and cook for few minutes
4 add cashew nut paste and cooked
5add butter and checked correct seasoning
6.add paneer tringle and simmer till right consistency
7finish with kassori methi and cream and served hot
