 TOMATO GRAVY (INDIAN)

1 tomatoes 1kg
2. onion 100gm
3. green chillies 5no
4. cloves 8no
5. big cardomom 5no
6. green cardomom 5no
7. bayleaf 3no
8 peppercorn 5gm
9 cinnamon ino 1/2 inch
10 deggi mirch 5gm
11 ginger 30gm
12 garlic 25gm
13 salt tt
14 refined oil 50gm

15 Sugar or honey as required.


METHOD:-
1 Roughly cut tomatoes and sliced onion+green chillies+ put in the handi
2. add whole masala+and add little water and bring to boil than simmer till cooked.
3. pass through a strainer in a seprate handi
4. take seprate handi with ghee, add ginger garlic paste+red chilly powder and tomato puree which already blend and sieve
5 cook until fat come on surface
6 Check seasoning,add Sugar or honey (kitchen gravy ready for further use)
