4 | Refined flour | 50gm |
5 | Milk | 500gm |
6 | Seasoning | TT |
7 | Cream | 80gm |
METHOD:-
1. Make béchamel sauce and keep aside.
2. Boil mushroom and half chopped and half blend .
3. Dilute the béchamel sauce with milk and water till correct consistency.
4. Add seasoning and mushroom and re-heated.
5. Finish with cream and served hot.
