Method:

1-In hung curd add chopped capsicum,carrot,brown onion,salt and chat masala.

2. Remove sides of white bread and roll it by applying little water to it.

3.Take oil in a kadhai and add shaped cutlet stuff with curd and deep fry till golden brown.

4.Serve with Mint chutney.
