Sno Ingredients Qty
1. Paneer 400gm
2 Refined oil 250 ml
3 Green cardamom powder 5 gm
4 Butter 80gm
5 Cream 50ml
6. Ginger, garlic paste 5gm
7.Tomato gravy 500gm
8.Boiled  potato 100gm

9 Flour 20 gm

10 Corn flour 25 gm

11 Salt to taste

12 Cashewnut paste 25 gm

13 kasoori methi 12 gm

METHOD:-

1.Grate paneer,boiled potato ,add flour,corn flour,green cardamom,salt,make small balls of the dough
2.Heat oil in a pan,fry the kofta till golden brown
3.Take a handi,add gg paste, add tomato gravy and cook for few minutes
4 Add cashew nut paste and cook
5 Add butter and checkcorrect seasoning
6.Add  fried kofta in gravy and simmer till right consistency
7 Finish with kasori methi and cream and served hot
