5 | Cinnamon | 2gm stick |

7 | Cloves | 2no |
8 | Salt | To taste |
9 | Oil/Ghee | 100 ml |
10 | Cumin seeds | 10 gm |
11 | Turmeric Powder | 5 gm |
Method:-
1.Pick, wash and soak pullao rice.
2 Slice onion,cut all vegetables in dices and cauliflwer into florets.
3. Melt fat in the degchi, add onion and brown till golden brown color and remove brown onion from the kadhai and keep aside as garnishes.
4 Add whole spices in the same kadhai,
5 Add cumin seeds and all vegetables followed by soaked rice.
6. Add water (Same amount of the rice) and salt and turmeric powder.
7. Cover and cooked till water evaporated.
8 Serve with sprinkle of brown onion on top.
