1. Tandoori Paneer Tikka

 Method:-

 

1.      In a mixing bowl, combine thick yogurt, ginger-garlic paste,red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, oil, and salt. Mix everything well to form a smooth marinade.

 

2.      Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and gently coat them with the mixture. Make sure each paneer cube is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

.

3.      Apply marinated paneer cubes and assorted vegetables onto the skewers, alternating them for an attractive presentation.

 

4.      Grill the paneer skewers on the tandoor ,turning them occasionally until they get a nice charred and smoky flavor.

 

5.      Once the Tandoori Paneer Tikka is cooked and has a beautiful color, remove it from the tandoor, add melted butter on top, fresh coriander for garnish.

6.      Serve hot
