Chicken Roulade

Chicken Roulade     S.no Ingredients Quantity 1 Chicken Breast 500gms 2 Onions 100gms 3 Spinach 50 0gms 4 Garlic 50gms 5 Butter 50gms 6 Seasoning As Required 7 Water As required   Method:   1) Flat out chicken breast with meat hammer and add salt ,pepper and keep aside.   2) Blanch spinach ,chop them fine and saute in onion,garlic,seasoning and let it cool .   3) Stuff chicken breast with spinach mixture and roll it and boil it in water   4) Saute in butter and cut and serve hot .

Bread and butter pudding

  Bread and butter pudding Ingredients Milk 01 litre sugar 150 gms Eggs 06 no. bread white 14 slice butter 50gms vanilla essence few drops Raisins  50gms Nutmeg 1 small Method ·  R emove the crust from the bread and spread butter on bread, cut each slice in to even shape like triangle, square etc. ·  whisk the egg, sugar and vanilla essence ·  pour on the warm milk,whisk continously. ·  arrange bread slices on baking  dish. ·  pour egg custard on it and sprinkle Raisins. ·  cook in the oven and serve .  

Yellow dal tadhka

  Yellow dal tadhka Sno. I ngredients Qty 1 Arhar dal 250 gm 2 Refined oil or Ghee 100gm 3 Onion 200gm 4 Cinnamon 1 small stick 5 Clove 4 no 6 Hing 4gm 7 Red Chilly whole 2 no 8 Ginger 50gm 9 Coriander powder 20gm 10 Red chilies powder 10gm 11 Turmeric powder 5 gm 13 T omatoes 100gm 14 Salt TT 16 Garam masala 8gm Method:- 1.         Take refined oil in kadhai than add cardamom, cinnamon and clove and heat in a oil. 2.       Add chopped onion and cooked till brown golden color. 3.       Add ginger garlic paste and cook for while. 4.       Add red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder ,Garam masala   and cooked for few minutes  add chopped tomatoes. 5.       Add salt a nd boiled dal , bring to a boil than cooked on slow fire till tender.fat should be visible on top. 6.       Adjust seasoning and serve hot with garnish of coriander.

Jeera Rice

  Jeera Rice   SN0 INGREDIENTS Qty 1 BASMATI  Rice 300gm 2 Cumin seeds 2 0gm 3 cardamom 2no 4 cinnamon 2gm stick 5 bayleaf 1no 6 cloves 2   no 7 S alt TT 8 Ghee/Oil 20 gm Method:- 1. P ick,wash   and soak Basmati rice. 2 . Melt fat in the degchi,add whole spices in the same ka dhai. 3   Then add cumin seeds. 4 . Add water (double amount of the rice) and salt 5 . Cover and cooked till water evaporated. 6   S erve  it hot .
